Have any of you used Delayed Auditory Feedback apps or devices and have they worked for you?

Have any of you used Delayed Auditory Feedback apps or devices and have they worked for you? I just found out that there are DAF apps on the App Store so I decided to download one to try out. Has DAF worked for you and how would I go about practicing using a DAF app?
