If you mean tricks to manage in conversation, then practice back up techniques. Things like having a partially sing-song or monotone voice to get you past a block, or back up replacement words can help. Even "acting" to mask a block or stutter can help, "ohhh what was that word again..." I personally use an "ahhh" sound to get past certain blocks where I can't quite get the air flowing. ^These are conversational techniques that are useful in networking or at your job to simply communicate. I veer away from using them with close family for example, as it shows a more natural "me" and so that I don't rely on them. Also sleep can be vital. For me if I am sleep deprived my stuttering can get awful. But weirdly it isn't bad if I'm tired from work or a workout--just sleep.
