these therapist, like they charge alot, im just improving it myself, "Your greatest enemy is your brain, if you control it, you conquered the world", and yeah this quote i made it ig hehehe, so yeah i have improved a lot, and the technique which i use is talking a lot with those whom i fear, and have anxiety to talk to, like my teacher, father, or uncles, idgaf if stutter happens now, i just talk and talk and talk and take breathes while i stutter, so the best solution in my case to improve, is just to talk with the one whom you have anxiety with. Its just the brain who's playing with us, i trained my brain for a year and it got worse, and i remember i gave a class presentation on robots, and i said, Sophia is the first official robot who learns from Human, and unfortunately i got a stutter and pronounced Sophia as ssssssssssohpia 😂 and it was the worse sutter i got in my life , and its been three years and my classmates still troll me, in the first i got like tensed what the actual F have i done?, they are making fun of me etc etc blah blah, now idc, infact when they make fun of me now, i just laugh with them on my own mistake, so yeah this technique helped me to improve, The rest Allah knows better.
