I was there once and it's awful. Not sure if that's your case but your goal shouldn't be speak "normally" but acept your stutter and become confortable with it. The ironic part is that will improve your fluency a lot. You can further improve it by using all those therapies and practice; but if you aren't confortable with your stutter, you'll savotage yourself each time you try to speak so that's for me priority nº1. Hang it there!
