Hi there, I stutter and my wife doesn't. I have a history of stuttering in my family. My cousin on my dad's side stutters also. My daughter inherited it from me and she stutters. My son doesn't stutter. Anyways, I love both of my kids and I wouldn't change anything. My daughter just turned 13 yr old and a wonderful person. My stuttering is very mild though and as I grew older into my 40s, I have managed my stuttering to the point where people around me don't notice my stuttering too often. My stuttering was the worst during my schooling years. I realize my daughter will go through mostly the same as me, but hopeful she will manage her stuttering also.
