Any other stutterers experience this?

Any other stutterers experience this? So, 29M here, stuttering for as long as I can remember, but I have good days and bad days so my stutter ranges from mild to severe. That being said, I seem to suffer from a strange side effect and would like to know how common it is. I know stuttering in adults is extremely rare, but how many of you experience this? Sometimes when I stutter or when i block words my head does an involuntary jerk to the side. This happens when I'm struggling with a word and when I finally get past the block. Sometimes this happens so often my neck actually hurts after a bit. I'm very self conscious about it because it's an extremely visible reaction. I thought it was mild epilepsy at first, but the symptoms and causes don't really match up. I'm seeing a speech therapist and mentioned it to her as well, but she never commented or reacted to it. It really sucks. Also, I work at a call center and I cannot tell you how frustrating and humiliating my job can be at times...not being able to respond with a quick hello or launch into the script we're provided with, leaving the other person on the line to say "hello, hello?" repeatedly. Almost 7 years here, took this job because I thought it would help. It hasn't. I figured repetition was good for a stutterer. Thinking of trying an intensive 4 day program with Macguire learning to get this over. Seriously, I'm not even embarrassed that I really stutter, but this involuntary head jerk stuff is the worst.
