Agree to everyone here. I'm 27 and have stuttered since childhood. Only solution is to accept it as a part of your life. But I'm far from accepting it. I stutter and sweat and fear saying my name, talking on phone or being social at all. Then when I'm alone i get angry and call myself freak. But well this is what it is and we have to live with it. In today's world being social is as important as anything else.
