I know exactly what you mean. If you know somebody with a stutter, then maybe you should be careful to not insult other people who do. I mean I guess since people who don't stutter never deal with it they don't consider the person who took a little while to say their name may have one, but people who know someone who does stutter should know better. I'm with you though, I'm pretty easy-going but one of these days I think I'm gonna snap.
