Should I go to the speech therapist again?

Should I go to the speech therapist again? I went to the speech therapist 5 years ago and left that same year. I improved a lot when I went but started to stutter again 2 years later approximately. I'm still applying the tips they gave me to stutter less up to this day, but they're seeming not to work anymore. That year I had something called dysphemia, which is another kind of stuttering, now I have the 'standard' stuttering. What I don't know is if they'll give me other tips rather than the ones they gave me back then. That's why I'm wondering about going to the speech therapist again.
