I know it’s cliche, but things like meditation and breathing exercises work to keep to calm and grounded, although it requires bit work to narrow down what’s right for you. As the other commenter proposed, you can do something radical like stuttering on purpose while ordering coffee or interacting with a waiter etc. we stutter more when we fear stutter. Make it you bi&$# by stuttering on purpose.
