It’s a disability depending upon how badly it impacts your ability to communicate. I mark it since it limits my ability to speak in a fairly substantial way. And it can work against you or for you depending upon the employer. Some employers are looking for more diversify (typically big corporate names) but smaller employers don’t care. Use that to your advantage, imo.
