A lot of non stuttering people stutter during interviews. People get nervous so it’s normal. I would make it clear that you have a stutter to your employer. My stutter is not severe but there are times where it does get bad. I’m kinda in the same boat as you as of thinking I won’t be able to make it far in my career either. That fear has kept me back aswell.
