What helps is mediation and stretching. Meditation (try the app headspace) in the morning for ten minutes then stretching your whole body in the evening (8-10 deep breaths per stretch). After about three days i noticed a difference in my speech. I felt a lot more calm and didn’t think about my stutter when speaking. Also doing yoga has helped. Anything with breath work is a big plus
