I took it for a few weeks a few years ago and it didn't help it just made me feel like a zombie..I do better with things that boost my dopamine believe it or not. Hopefully it keeps working for you tho everybody is different. I think for some people like my self maybe taking a anti depressant with a SSRI is the sweet spot.
