A couple of thoughts here. First, blocking is stuttering. Second, all of those conditions you describe- speaking alone, speaking to a child, singing, and changing things about the way you speak (such as pitch, accent, etc) are fluency-inducing for most people who stutter. One more thought; the problem of stuttering likes in the reactions and intolerance of others, not in the way that you speak. Stuttering is your dialect -
