How do stutterers get into relationships?

How do stutterers get into relationships? Just curious, as a stutterer myself there are times when I can barely get through a sentence when talking to a woman without my head jerking violently and stuttering. How are y'all getting into relationships? 95% of the time I usually end up weirding out women.
