You're so valid for this. I also relate immensly! It is absolutely frustrating for me when I say something so fluently or with minimal stuttering, and then someone says "what?" or "huh?" or rudely says something else, and then I have to repeat myself and usually stutter worse the second time. So instead I'll just stare at them blankly waiting for them to think about what I said, and usually they will answer me, if not I'll just say "oh nothing" or "nah don't worry" because it's too much work to repeat myself, their fault for not listening the first time. But yeah I definitely fele your frustrations with being inturrupted, it is quite frustrating.
