100%. I found it hard to talk to girls for obvious reasons. Similarly to you, I didn't get into a real relationship until I was in my early 20s. It's hard. I also missed out on a whole lot and regret it all the time. It will happen though. You will find someone you like that just won't care about your stutter. It doesn't define who you are.
