Guys, need your help

Guys, need your help Hi there. I don't now how to stop stutter. Recently I started to go to the speech therapist and she told me that I stutter coz I wanna talk fast. But if If everything was so simple... I don't now how to start talking not fast. I have been stuttering since about childhood (but now from birthday). And now my stutter really piss me off. It's like I don't have a breath to speech and it makes me start sentence once again and again and again... Guys, what are you think I need to do? If my English bad I am sorry
