Been in the army for 4 years, still in. Throughout my years it has gotten worse as due to the stress, presentations, and a lot of public speaking being in. I am looking forward to getting out lol. All I can say it depends on you. I’m sure the air force will be less stressful, I worked with a lot of Air Force guys, but yea you sure are going to speak a lot and the more you move up in ranks gonna have to have a command voice.
