I wouldn't normally give this advice, but the situation allows it. Don't just say it. Yell it. Strong and loud. Explode out of your chest. Howl that number. Put all of your stuttering frustration / rage / whatever into that number. Many of us are always fighting to get it out. But we're also holding a lot back at the same time. Don't hold back anything. Go all in.
