When I was around your age, I felt the same way. I no longer speak to anyone from high school mainly because I was a loner so I didn’t have any friends to begin with. For my spare time, I just hang out by myself and go to the gym or work. A couple of my coworkers along the way became a friend I can talk to but I just don’t. You shouldn’t have to rely on people for confidence, you should build confidence within yourself.
