Is there way to pronounce r Hi , my eng is bad i hope u can understand , i have tongue tie that cause me rhotacism, i did teo operation to cut it two time but it comes back , but atleast i can move my tongue better than before , and it still i cant pronounce r good and tongue tie give me stuttering, like im fast in thinking and my accent is too but my tongue dont synchronized withy brain cuz of tonguetie And when i try to talk slowly blocks comes to me which i need to vreak it by talking fastly or i stucked I did 8 sessions with Orthophoniste , in first 5 session , the doctor encouraged me to do the operation to cut tongue for second time , and while that i practice on my speech and psychological problems ,in session 6 she start to pull my tongue after the week of operation , and us really hurt , she told me it require 10 sessions fory tongue become like snake but i did only three hhh i get broke Until know i still trying i see that if i fix my R i can fix the stuttering ,i wish someone can help like in way of talking or sone exercises, especially in words that have multiple Rs or start with it
