Palilalia or Stutter Im trying to get more info on Palilalia vs Stuttering. I always thought my child had a stutter ( and speech therapist thought this too...years ago) But my child doesn't not ever block, or hesitate or get stuck. He is not bothered by his speech either. ( not am I, I love hearing him speak ) He mostly does whole word repetitions.
