Stutter and alcohol

Stutter and alcohol Hi everyone So i used to stutter alot when i was a kid im 23 now and thankfully rarely stutter anymore. However i have noticed recently that when im out drinking with friends my stutter start to act up quite a lot. Sometimes to the point where it can be difficult to get a sentence out. Is this something to be concerned about, should i stop drinking altogether, is there anything i can do about this? I tried to look up information online but it seems like for most people alcohol have the reverse effects than it has for me.
