If your stutter is at the point where you can barely get a word out, I highly recommend professional speech therapy. If your current circumstances won’t allow that right now, do what you can with free materials you can find online and from the library. YouTube has helpful speech videos to aid you, there are some books you can find from your library that can help you, and one speech therapist I follow that has excellent tips for helping you to struggle less when you speak — Tim Mackesey from Atlanta, GA has a podcast too. Google him and follow his podcast. They’ve helped my speech a lot.
