Have you tried to ask for video calls? Those tend to help me. I also tell people about my stutter right away when interviewing and tell them the positive things it has done for me (made me work hard etc.). It can be so frustrating but don’t give up and don’t be hard on yourself. The harder you are on yourself the harder it will be to talk. You got this!
