Is it because you're blocking on the hard 'W' in 'Would'? I find that starting sentences with "easier" sounds is often helpful. Try saying "hello sir/ma'am, would you ..." or "excuse me, would you ..." or starting with some other word with a "softer" sound. I find that once I start the flow of speech it's a lot easier to get past 'hard' sounds.
