Thank you all for your answers guys, and sorry for the late reply, last days I was quite busy. For the record, I tried to read aloud and I must say that it was nice experience. I read the last 3-4 days for 30-40 minutes, and I can see that it helps a bit with controlling my breaths. Actually, breathing is my big problem. I'm not stuttering in a way like " Ppppleassee ggive me some waaater." I ( I'm not mocking guys, don't get me wrong!), I just lose breath like someone has punched me in the stomach and I've lost all my air, I can't get out a single word then. And the panic doesn't help a lot. 😁 So, yes I'll keep trying with the reading and hopefully I'll have progress. P. S. I don't feel weird when I read loud in my room, but guys it's really exhausting. After half an hour, I feel my head spinning. Does it happen to you??
