Totally awesome! This is the way, 100%! I feel that one of the things we HAVE to do in order to one day reach a normal state of fluency, is learning how to transcend this fear to stutter, or fear of others knowing we have a stutter.We need to OWN it. I feel like addressing 'the elephant in the room' has been a game-changer as well. :) I wish you good luck!
