Great post 3-7 really hit me hard, especially 3. I never had a speech therapist because stuttering ran through my family so my parents became my natural therapists (LOL). I think 3 really hits home because to me you really learn your tendencies through communication towards people, whether in person or over the phone and that’s why I feel like its the most effective. 4 is important as well because overcoming the social anxiety is proof that you will conquering the mental aspect of it. 7 happened to me like a couple of months ago. I remember I was on mute for a while lol because it didn’t matter WHO I talked to, the words didn’t feel like working with me for that time so I let it happen and got better slowly overtime.
