In what countries the courses can you recommend? Cuz I don't think the courses are open to Chineses cuz I'm a fluent speaker in languages and dialects except Mandarin and I dunno why. But in China Mandarin is a bandwagon and you can't use dialects to make livings. I dunno if they will solve Mandarin stuttering problems but I hope so.
