I have actually been lucky enough to meet a fellow stutterer who is the same age as me and coincidentally, we used to be in a class together for about two years. Unfortunately we actually never got talking until the second year and had a conversation about our individual stutters, which broke the ice and it was good in the fact that we had something in common. I should note that we both came from different backgrounds and schools (the class we took was in a separate school) and although to my hopes that we could become good friends in the near future, we never seen each other after the second year was over...It probably just wasn't meant to be sadly.
