I’ve found that a good way of finding helpful speech therapists is to get references from people who stutter and have improved it with a therapists guidance. I know I’ve had my share of school appointed speech therapists who’s main tactic is just to tell you to slow down, take a beep breath, and read words from a paper. Not really helpful for real world scenarios.
