I'm also curious about her stuttering credentials, but based on your description it doesn't sound like she has a good understanding of the issues of stuttering and how to help PWS. And her rate is insane. But even if she charged $28/hr I don't think I'd recommend her. The breathing thing alone is a huge red flag that she doesn't get it at all.
