d is also my hardest letter. for “do…” sentences i skip do entirely. instead of “do you like…?” i just say “you like…?”. you might sound slightly illiterate but who cares another tip is to try and pronounce d’s more like z’s. might take some practice but it would be more like “zo you like…?” when you get good it almost sounds the same
