Definitely. I talk pretty fluently most of the time so I've been able to hide the stutter during some interviews. It caused a ton of extra pressure that I didn't need. Stuttering is something that I do sometimes, I've realized that that's ok and that any job that I have needs to accept it. Now that I always self disclose, I think that I come across a lot more confident.
