I've got two. 1. Intentionally stutter during a few interactions. It's the hardest thing for a stutterer to do intentionally, but it gives a great muscle memory. Something about forcing it gives me a little clue on how to undo it. Best thing a speech therapist ever had me do. I only do this on especially "bad days" and it usually helps me snap out of the funk. 2. Talk the whole way to work/school. Just alone in the car. Host your own little unrecorded morning show. Also for muscle memory. Most if not all of us are fluent when alone. This "warm up" time really gives me a model to be fluent with during the day. It helps so much to have strong memories of your own voice being fluent through multiple sentences.
