I am fine, thank you. I've been using a technique like that for the last thirty years :) It makes me speak more slowly, but the day to day stutter is gone. It is still there, but hidden. So, I think you are definitely on the right track! ​ This is different from the technique of changing the voice. Sometimes, when my stutter out, I have tried to speak in a different voice, but it feels weird. I am acting. I prefer to use my own voice, and stutter.
