Talk to that 7-month-old. All the time and about everything. Tell the assistant coach that they can knock that off immediately. It's not funny and that if it happens again you don't need his help with the team. You're doing something really good for those young men. Don't you dare let your stutter deprive them of the opportunity. It is hard to find people like you who are willing to help out with youth sports. It's your first game and you've only had two practices? It sounds like you're new to coaching at this level? Cut yourself some slack.
