Hi, Sorry to hear that man. Have you tried going to speech therapy? If not I would recommend looking into a consultation. Im not an expert so I can't diagnose as everyone's speech impediment is different. I can recommend a few things that helped me: Techiques that I learned from speech therapy: First ones breathing through the nose and then speaking on the exhale, Slow and easy speech: This is where you take it one word at a time Thinking about exactly what you're going to say before you say it if you have difficulties saying words that start or end with a certain syllable, say another word that might resemble it in a similar sentence This may sound weird but try using a different accent, this helped somehow I'm not sure but I think it uses a different part of your brain I understand the anxiety and the frustration of having a speech impediment but when I think more about my stutter, I feel like Im going stutter more. So the best advice would be to relax, also the more you practice the better it will be. Also, your 16, High schools going to be tough, people might make fun of you for your stutter but you shouldn't let that affect you. Trust me I went through it its a pain, people make fun of your stutter, it brings your confidence down, you try speaking less and less, which doesn't help your stutter.
