i think you are wrong for assuming that i am trying to describe the disorder in a concrete format, rather than reading the whole post and realizing that i am only theorizing. You do not have to agree, but it is quite easy to understand what i’m talking about if you read it. I’m an not saying we do it to ourselves, because that would imply that people with PTSD do it to themselves and we all know that is not the case.
