I am not going through any therapy here because they don't have these things here but our family lives in Pakistan, there I used to go to a therapist she advised same things. But I thought 💭 maybe she's were not in my shoes. Hearing this from you makes complete sense. I'm going to keep going 💜.. Flipped my mind. Wish you great success ahead......
