100% me. I’m currently IT Director and have a pronounced stutter when it comes to very specific words. I often find myself also substituting for a word I know I can say, even if it’s not the best word to use. I also feel it “dumbs down” what I’m actually trying to say. I’m here on Reddit trying to research how to work on this, my career growth depends on it
