I have gone to the same church my whole life and my family and a lot of my extended family also goes there. It's great. My only real friends are friends I've grown up with there. It's also nice to have a community of people who have known me since I was little. So much of what I hate about talking to new people is the surprise and confusion they show when they first hear me stutter.
