Well it is different if you say "H-hi there" or if you say "(literally nothing)". I read somewhere that a man who lives in a 3rd world country and hardly survive has a similar level of overall stress and anxiety as a 1st World country rich man with the "rich man daily problems". I will choose mild stutter every day over a severe stutter anyway. People with severe stutter are working hard to reach the mild stutter level.
