Correct. It was just one tool used during my fluency journey. I'm frequently taking aback by stories in this subreddit of people using techniques to try to achieve fluency. These tools that they use, it sounds like our being presented as solutions. Where as I often recognize them as just one component of the fluency system that I was led through.
