I think it belongs here somewhat. The man met a girl through a stuttering support group. Gives me a little hope! I definitely need to start getting involved in support groups. My stutter is not severe imo, but it is something that tends to hold me back (if I allow it) especially when it comes to meeting new people. Girls specifically. I have trouble exposing others to my stutter. I always have this sense that once people find out I stutter, they will resent me. And to be honest they may be true, but as someone said in another post, FUCK EM'
