I used to work in a call centre for an insurance company, when I started I had my stutter under control. It got worse with difficult customers , and got so bad I left that job. I had a couple of customers laugh when I stuttered, and a couple hang up on me and call back to get another agent. I was always polite and helped the customers. Some people are a**holes.
