I've done that so much that my vocabulary got so small that I had trouble making a full sentence in my head. It's a very big deal when you need to explain something that's important and not your daily routine of talking. I'm trying to stop that, but I am struggling to find the words because most of them I've never used and have not been corrected by others. So I don't always now when to use what word. Writing and reading helps.
